1. Fill out the Z-FIX Service Form below.
2. Then when you are done, you print the document from the service form.
3. Pack the form with the Z-FIX(es) to be repaired / serviced.
4. We will return with a cost proposal via e-mail, which you can decide on before we carry out any repair / service.
5. The estimate costs SEK 500 excluding VAT. If you wish to repair, this cost is waived.
6. We will repair / service and then send back the Z-FIX to the desired return address, according to the information provided in the form.
7. We will send an invoice via the information provided in the form.
8. If you do not wish to repair / service, after you have recieved and decided on the cost proposal, we can either return the Z-FIX, or alternatively scrap the Z-FIX on site.
9. In the case of an unrepaired Z-FIX, we will send an invoice of SEK 500 + possible return shipping if you wish to return the unit.

As the holiday season approaches, we will, like many other companies, be taking some time off during the summer. This will affect our operations as follows:
Orders
Orders placed between 9 July and 24 July will be delivered during Week 31.
Service
Service requests and repairs received during Weeks 28–31 will be processed during Week 32.
E-mail
Throughout the holiday period, we will continue to respond to e-mails sent to info@nivator.com, although response times may be slightly longer than usual.
